From the very root of the social stratification that is from the level of family we offend the concept of privacy in the name of secrecy. Right to privacy, to be a fundamental right do not need the stamp of the Supreme Court of India. Even a person of ordinary prudence can conclude that a privacy or in more refined form we can say individuality is basic Human Right.
