A bank-robbery doesn't spark the same anger as a robbery at a poor man's house. Why So?
Crime in both the cases is the same however victim changes. When a rich is robbed it doesn't feel the same when a poor is robbed. Why So?
No modern penal code provide an answer for this.
Is there a dimension of criminal jurisprudence which is yet to be explored?
