Law is Irrelevant for Justice

Law is irrelevant for Justice.  In the present state of societies, largely the nature of law is to govern. Justice is antithetical to the whole idea of being governed.

Modern societies are carrying the most liberal definition of law in comparison to all the historical societies. Still the fundamental feature of all laws remain the service of the government of the day not its citizenry.

Court rooms are to make a balance between law and justice. All governments make laws to govern. Courts relaxes the rigors of law in order to deliver justice.

It is surprising to hear the top judge calling the government to sit together and find a solution !

O Law Lords! you may never sit together with the House of Lords.
