When do Law Courts loose authority ?

Democracy is not a stone pillar standing in the capital town to be demolished by the bulldozers. 

It can easily vanish once the people stop believing that it is a democracy!

Courts of law, too do not get their authority from any governments but from the belief of a litigant that justice shall be served.
 
Law courts looses its authority if Layman and Lawmen stop believing in it!
