Once upon a time we used to settle 'the law'. Now we ourselves face the threat of unsettlement. Law journals have shut their shops. Law books are a rare find in the town. Law discussions have become an alien idea.
Bar Canteen have become the most vibrant place discussing the circus of rampant digging of mosques every new day in the hope to find a new India.
It reminds that the Rome was destroyed when the citizens were enjoying sweet bread and gladiator games.
Intellectual despondency and delusion
of justice delivery has marred us to the hilt.
But the truth be told, all of us have
run out of the types of excuses and kind of assurances to be given to a client as
justification of our fees.
State seems to be the only happy litigant now. I wonder what will the state and its soldiers do when no one will even turn up to fight !
Neither I am competent enough nor I have any intention to find out who has brought us into this situation.
But somewhere
someone did not do something right to bring us to this colossal wrong.
